What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a plan that fits.

  • A focused review of an existing XM8 estimate to identify scope gaps, margin risks, and execution issues that commonly cause cost overruns or missed supplements.

This service includes high-level cleanup and formatting guidance, recommendations on how to strengthen scope and protect margin, and clear direction on what to adjust before the estimate moves forward.

You’ll receive a recorded video walkthrough explaining key risks, opportunities, and suggested changes so you can confidently revise and manage the estimate moving forward.

Flat rate fits most standard reconstruction estimates. This is an advisory review, not a full rewrite.

    Includes:

    • Scope gap review

    • Margin risk identification

    • Advisory cleanup & formatting suggestions

    • Execution-aware feedback (PM / field implications)

    • Recorded video review

    • Follow up help

    Does not include:

    • Full estimate rewrite

    • Line-by-line rebuild

    • Negotiation with adjusters

    • Multiple revision rounds

    • Creating work orders / POs

$135/hour; 1 hour minimum, billed at 15 min increments.

Hourly rates provided after file review. All work quoted and approved before starting.

  • A hands-on rewrite or build of a reconstruction estimate to correct scope gaps, improve line item logic, and reduce margin risk before submission or approval.

This service includes direct edits to the XM8 to strengthen scope completeness, pricing logic, and execution alignment. The focus is on producing an estimate that is cleaner, more buildable, and easier to manage downstream by project management and the field.

Pricing reflects a standard reconstruction estimate. Larger or unusually complex estimates (large losses, multi-unit, extensive trades, or heavy framing/structural scope) may require a custom quote, which will be confirmed before any work begins.

You provide photos and virtual walkthroughs. You’ll receive an updated .esx file along with notes on execution risks, supplement opportunities, and how to manage the estimate moving forward.

    Includes

    • Scope completeness review and correction

    • Line item logic adjustments and pricing cleanup

    • Margin risk identification and mitigation

    • Execution-aware edits (PM / field considerations)

    • Identification of supplement and change order opportunities

    • Updated .esx file

    • Limited follow-up clarification

    Does Not Include

    • Negotiation with adjusters

    • Unlimited revisions

    • Full project management or scheduling

    • Creation of work orders, purchase orders, or budgets

    • Ongoing estimate ownership

$165/hour; 1 hour minimum, billed at 30 min increments.

Hourly rates provided after file review. All work quoted and approved before starting.

  • This service converts an approved XM8 estimate into clear, trade-specific purchase or work orders, and take-offs that align scope and quantities with how the work will actually be executed in the field.

I review the XM8 with an execution lens, including F9 notes, and break the estimate down by trade (drywall, paint, flooring, materials, etc.), organizing items by room and quantity so vendors and crews receive clear, buildable direction. The goal is to eliminate guesswork between estimating and execution.

As part of the process, I flag scope gaps, unclear details, or pricing logic that may cause downstream issues, overspending, or change order friction. You’ll receive structured POs/work orders along with notes on any risks or inconsistencies identified.

This service is designed to reduce scope confusion, support cleaner purchasing, and prevent margin leakage caused by poor translation from estimate to execution.

    Includes

    • Trade-specific work / purchase orders, and takeoffs delivered as a document

    • Scope organized by room, quantities, and execution-relevant details

    • Review of F9 notes and estimate logic for buildability

    • Written notes identifying missing scope, unclear assumptions, or execution risks

    • Advisory flags on pricing logic concerns (no pricing ownership)

    Important Clarification

Work orders are provided as documentation for execution clarity. Final vendor pricing, system entry, and purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

$165/hour; 1 hour minimum, billed at 30 min increments.

Hourly rates provided after file review. All work quoted and approved before starting.

  • A flexible monthly support option with a discounted rate; covering Xactimate estimate review, reconstruction estimate rewrites, and translation of XM8 estimates into trade-specific purchase or work orders.

This engagement also includes reconstruction admin support and light operational consulting. Time is used based on your priorities each month, whether that’s reviewing estimates, fixing scope issues, supporting execution, or cleaning up downstream handoffs.

Additional time billed at $150 per hour, with advance notice as hours are used.

  • A hands-on Salesforce engagement focused on fixing what isn’t working and aligning the system to how your team actually operates.

I review how Salesforce is being used across sales, estimating, project management, and operations to identify friction, unnecessary manual work, data issues, and workflow gaps that slow teams down or create confusion. This review is grounded in real usage, not theoretical best practices.

Once priorities are aligned, I implement targeted improvements directly in Salesforce. This may include workflow cleanup, field and layout adjustments, automation improvements, reporting fixes, and structural changes that better support day-to-day execution.

I also bring deep experience working with Buildertek inside Salesforce and how it interacts with estimating, project management, and downstream operations. While this service is Salesforce-focused, that experience helps ensure changes work in real construction and operations environments, not just inside the CRM.

This engagement combines practical system review, prioritization, and hands-on implementation in one monthly service, without long-term contracts or full-time overhead.
