I’ve spent the last decade inside restoration companies, working wherever things were breaking — estimating, reconstruction, project management, operations, and systems.
I rebuilt a struggling reconstruction department into a high-performing team. Led company-wide Salesforce and Buildertek implementations across six departments. Turned around failing workflows, improved margins, shortened start times, and built the reporting leaders actually use to make decisions.

I deeply understand how reconstruction projects actually move.
